About Us
The North Lake Condo Club is located on the north end of Lake Martin in Alexander City Alexander. Built in the mid-2000s, our complex consists of 60 two and three bedroom units that each have a storage unit and access to Lake Martin. Some units have dedicated boat parking along the seawall while others enjoy a deep water slip. The NLCC has a lobby that welcomes guests along with a game room, playground, grill area, covered pavillion, boat ramp for owners and 2 pools on property. It is easy access to Alexander City and Dadeville, AL.
A few owners choose to rent out their units. Renters should be advised that renters are NOT ALLOWED to have pets on property. Additionally, no boat trailers are allowed to be parked in the parking lot. It is recommended that the Alexander City boat ramp be used to launch watercraft. Quiet hours are strictly enforced. Please help keep NLCC clean by removing all trash and observing all rules and regulations.
